Server Rules

Short version: play the game yourself, and do not make the game worse for anybody else. Everything below follows from those two.

Play it yourself

• No bots, macros or auto-clickers. Anything that plays for you while you are away from the keyboard is cheating, whether it hunts, trains skills, or refills your supplies.
• No third-party tools that change the client. Map walkers, cavebots, packet senders and modified clients are all out. Hotkeys built into the official client are fine.
• No bug abuse. If you find a way to duplicate items, walk through walls or get free experience, report it instead of using it. Reporters keep their characters; abusers do not.
• One person, one set of hands. Sharing an account with a friend so somebody is always online is not allowed, and it is the fastest way to lose the account to a stolen password.

Be decent to each other

• Fight in game, not in chat. Killing someone is part of open PvP. Insults, harassment, threats and slurs are not, in any channel, in any language.
• No scamming. Trades are final and staff do not reverse them, so lying about what is in a deal is theft. This includes fake "hold my items" and fake house or account sales.
• Names matter. Character and guild names may not be offensive, impersonate staff, or advertise another server.
• Do not spam. Repeating the same message, advertising other servers and begging in public channels all count.
• Leave real life out of it. Never post anyone's personal information, and never threaten anyone outside the game.

What happens when a rule is broken

Staff decide case by case, usually in this order: a warning, then a temporary ban, then a permanent one. Cheating that affects the whole server — duplicating items, botting for weeks, scamming at scale — skips straight to the end, and anything gained that way is removed.

Staff never ask for your password. Anybody who does is trying to steal your account.
