Before you write
Lost your password
Mail us from the address you registered with. Without it we cannot prove the account is yours.
Client will not connect
Check you have the right client from
downloads; other versions are refused.
Someone broke a rule
Report it with a screenshot and the exact character name. See the
rules.
Scammed in a trade
Trades are not reversed, but scammers are banned. Report the name.
Things we will never do
- Ask for your password — in game, by mail, or anywhere else.
- Ask you to log in on another website to "verify" your account.
- Restore items lost to a death, a scam or a deleted character.
Anybody claiming to be staff and doing one of the above is not staff.
